Rule # 6 - Try to eat as healthy as possible
Eat vegetables in quantity every day
Eat as much raw or undercooked food as possible (steam) Focus zx1
Eat at least 1.5g to 2g of protein per kg if you want to take muscle
Eat balanced (carbohydrates, proteins, lipids)
Less than 25% of your calories must come from your fat and eat only good fats (nuts, olives, avocados)
Eat fiber vegetables, whole grains with a low glycemic index
Remove simple sugars (sugar, alcohol, white flour products)
